Ingredients
- 2 tbsp canola oil
- 1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
- 3 tbsp reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp minced fresh ginger
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat
- Add beans and cook 2 minutes
- Gradually add soy sauce and sesame oil, stirring constantly
- Add water and cover, cooking about 5 minutes
- Uncover and stir in garlic and ginger, cooking until beans are tender and the water has evaporated, 3-5 minutes
