This is the easiest salad/side you will ever make. And you don’t even need one of those fancy spiralizers that everyone keeps impulse buying. (Although you can use one of those if you’d like.) It is SO simple, but also SO delicious. I usually eat this as a side, to go along with a protein and a carb.
