The day is here! I’m so excited to announce my latest collaboration: Sene X Emma. Sene is a Los Angeles-based fashion tech brand that specializes in custom-made clothing, and when the opportunity to work with them presented itself, I was amped. Scroll down to see some of my favorite pictures from the shoot- it was so fun to work with the team!
As you know, I love a good pair of worn-in jeans, holes and all. So I’m excited to share my line of custom denim! Each pair is made from scratch to fit YOU perfectly after you take their 60 second SmartFit Quiz. No more awkward fits or unnecessary return hassles.
Start here and find the whole collection.
Heads up – if the fit isn’t spot on, they’ll remake and/or alter it unlimited times as you want until it’s perfect.
Can’t wait for you to try them on! Check out my interview with founder Ray Li as well as my full review of the jeans below!

After wearing my Sene X Emma denim for the last few months I’m happy to report I still love them, and still love the fit, although my favorite style has shifted a bit. I have one in every style: skinny, skinny-straight, loose-straight, and mom jeans. While mom jeans and skinny-straight were my favorite in the warmer months, i’d wear them rolled up once or twice, with my ankles showing, and a tight tank top, or baggy t-shirt on top. Now in the colder months I appreciate the skinny jeans more, and pairing them with thicker socks, winter boots, and a slouchy sweater on top.
One of my favorite features of these jeans is the comfort. And yes, even wearing skinny jeans, this feel so comfortable, and I can wear them all day. From driving in a car, sitting on zoom-calls, or doing errands around the house, like putting away dishes, or doing laundry. I’m able to move so freely in these jeans, with no restrictions. I’ve had so many pairs of pants that cut into my mid section all day long that the entire day i’m dreaming of putting sweatpants on. These are totally different, and at the end of the day sometimes I don’t even need to put on more comfortable pants, because these do the trick.
Let’s talk size inclusivity. With custom jeans, there is no expectation of what size you should be, or think you should fit into. This is truly about what fits you now, and how you want to look and feel. I personally shop in the men’s and women’s sections of many stores, and I love that these jeans will fit anyone’s body, no matter their gender or their shape. Denim has often been a point of contention for many people thinking they are “too tall” or “too short” or their hip to waist ratio doesn’t “work.” You’re not suppose to change your body to fit into clothes. We make clothes that fit your body exactly how it is now. I think there needs to be more of that moving forward!
