A 3 hour chill, relaxing, put your feet up and take a deep breath kind of playlist.
Step 1. Click play, start from the beginning the first time listening. (Feel free to shuffle play the next time around).
Step 2. Go get your favorite evening beverage. Mine are a glass of Pinot Noir, hot rooibos tea with a splash of almond milk, and tart cherry juice mixed with water 1:1 ratio.
Step 3. Sit somewhere comfortable, put your feet up, drink your beverage, listening to the mix while breathing deeply.
