Crafting playlists has always been a favorite pasttime: from DJing at New York night scene to mixing playlists perfect for events from workouts to dinner parties, I love designing musical journeys and using them to connect with others as well as ourselves!
Generally I listen to classical, and more chill music in the morning. I think it’s even more important lately with the state of the world, that we wake up gently and with kindness to ourselves. I have curated this playlist to listen to from top to bottom. Press play while still in bed, and do the following breathing exercise 5X: Inhale for 4 counts, exhale for 6 counts. Thats it.
