Now seems like the perfect time to get back into baking! Tried these muffins out the other day, and they were delicious! Original recipe I saw used twice the amount of sugar, so I replaced half with a banana, and it was the perfect amount of sweet! You could also include raisins in this recipe as well, but I thought there was enough sweetness in these I omitted them.
